When you choose Free Shipping we will send your product in a recycled box. A box that was previously used for something else, that may not have our logo on it. Of course we will use the same care in packaging just in a different box. So help save the earth and save money! Available in the continental U.S. only. |

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LoveKarlaK.com purchase, please return your items with
in 14 Days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be
accompanied with the original receipt or invoice.

2. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form completely and keep a copy for your records
3. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form.
You may use the original box to return the shipment.
4. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Love Karla K. is not
responsible for lost return shipments.

6. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from
the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit

Because merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is
likely that the item you want will no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as
possible, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your
return, we'll issue a refund.
