When you choose Free Shipping we will send your product in a recycled box. A box that was previously used for something else, that may not have our logo on it. Returns:
There are NO returns on any merchandise from LoveKarlaK.com. You may exchange your
item, for other colors, or sizes with in 14 Days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition
with tags attached and must be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice.

1. Call 1-757-838-2980 to authorize your return
2. Please fill out the enclosed Exchange Form completely and keep a copy for your records
3. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with the completed
Exchange Form. You may use the original box to return the shipment.
4. We recommend sending exchanges via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Love
Karla K. is not responsible for lost exchange shipments.
