operating hours to order by phone (9am-5:00pm EST M-F) Stay by your computer to refer to necessary
information to assist the agent or have the style information available- including size, color, and style
number as reference.
How Do I Know if My Order is Complete?
You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a
confirmation e-mail detailing the items purchase, estimated ship date and final cost.
How Do I Know When My Order Will Arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with an estimated arrival date and

We ship USPS Ground for free anywhere with in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
(Sorry :( ) And Internationally to some countries for an additional charge.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. Australia, Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Minor Outlying Islands and
the Virgin Islands. Shipping will be $25 for USPS Priority International shipping to these countries.
Free Shipping is not available for these countries.
